Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or delivered.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear evidence (photos/videos). We will review the case and may offer a replacement if approved.

Novexa Labs reserves the right to refuse any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
